It will be very unpleasant for him if they don’t talk about it at all - in this case he will have to tell about himself, at the risk of seeming a boastful or ambitious person. On the other hand, representatives of the fourth quadra (again, irrational) are able to easily knock down ambitions and arrogance from others, even managing to "remain on top". If they wanted to get rid of it, it would hardly have happened.) In the fourth quadra, it is very prestigious to be a person of versatile interests, outstanding abilities and outstanding merits. Personal merit here is an indicator of the degree of realization of a person's abilities, while in the second quadra personal merit is an indicator of devotion to the system. If in the second quadra a brilliant career and position in society are an indicator of a person’s trustworthiness and evidence of his organic integration with the system, then a successful career in the fourth quadra is an indicator of the comprehensive development of a person’s abilities, and his fruitful work, which was highly appreciated in society. The goals and objectives of the second and fourth quadras are realized by means of mutually opposite aspects - and this is the reason for their constant disagreements and conflicts. One of the reasons for such conflicts is the aspect of negative volitional sensory (-ES) that dominates in the second quadra, but is forced out into the fourth quadra: volitional pressure from outside, spatial restrictions. If this aspect is used in the fourth quadra on a subconscious level, then it is necessarily in a positive sense: in an effort to impose one's good offices, in an effort to protect one's good relations, one's traditions, one's "team". In a negative version, it exists at the level of SUPEREGO among the fourth quadra intuitives and is expressed in them in a certain aggressiveness and assertiveness - a kind of defensive reaction to pressure from outside. The second value repressed here is also extraverted, but already rational - the positive ethics of emotions (+PE). Representatives of the fourth quadra are completely non-ideologized - and this, from the point of view of the second quadra, they seem to be "incorrigible ordinary people". If any beliefs are perceived here, it is very superficial, conformal. As it were, "both ours and yours." This happens due to the initial benevolence and peacefulness of the ethics of the fourth quadra: they would rather pretend that they share your beliefs than argue. In addition, it seems unethical to them to be indifferent to other people's beliefs, so they are ready to express support for any idea, but when faced with a sincerely convinced person, they have a misunderstanding that turns into a conflict. The intuition of time (TI) is also a repressed value here, especially its negative interpretation. Sensors of the fourth quadra do not like to constrain themselves with rigid time frames - this interferes with their contemplative worldview. The idea of a "distant bright future" is perceived without much enthusiasm (which irritates the representatives of the second quadra), they prefer to live in the present. Intuits of the fourth quadra try to think less about the mistakes of the past (“do not cut sawdust” - their rule) and subconsciously orient themselves to positive intuition - the intuition of the “near future”. The fourth repressed aspect is the positive "logic of relations" (+BL). The logic of the system, the logic of hierarchies, "bureaucratic logic" - is represented here as absurdity, disputed, condemned or ridiculed (as, for example, by M. A. Bulgakov). And this is another reason for conflicts with the second quadra, where information about the alignment of forces in the system is the number one value.
