If you want to vote, you have to reach age 18. Meaning as you age, you gain rights. (The 22 year old man has more rights than the 15 year old boy)
If you want to drink alcohol, you have to be 21. Meaning as you age, you gain rights. (The 22 year old man has more rights than the 15 year old boy)
If you want to get a driver's license, you have to be 16. Meaning as you age, you gain rights. (The 22 year old has more rights than the 15 year old)

In all the cases, the law basically creates the idea "you gain more rights as you get older, so its better to be older"

If you want to bang a 13 year old jailbait, you have to be within a few years. ((The 22 year old man has LESS rights than the 15 year old boy)

This seriously has to be the only law like this that exists. If you are under the age of consent as 15, and then you reach age 16, you now have the legal ability to consent. What have you actually gained?
NOTHING
If anyone can find a law like this, please inform me.
