i am a carnivorous beast. today i ate my chicken breast a little underbaked(the water is slightly tint red). didnt brine it didnt cut it just tear into it.
one teen breast daily. then i eat my broccoli baked along with the chicken and sweet potatoes. then roasted beans
under the ideal calorie surplus i should get but i eat anymore my brain gets foggy

Isn't undercooked chicken poisonous?

eggs get you full very quick and makes you gaseous. mostly good for breakfast when you want to feel sated and be productive until lunch
i would drink it but you dont get the full nutrition without cooking

no i eat 0.7 pound of chicken a day no way im missing protein
yea its tapeworms. i think im fine the tho the interior is white. only the juice is a little red
Thats 317 grams of chicken

280 grams of chicken breast is 86 grams of protein so you're probably getting in about 100 - 120 grams of protein from chicken alone
