A Texas House committee released their investigative report and videos this week. The report answered many questions surrounding the mass shooting that left 19 elementary school students and two teachers dead. KPRC 2 Investigates’ Robert Arnold returned to Uvalde to meet with families there. He breaks down the findings of the report and how families are reacting.
