A fatal crash involving one vehicle has shut down all mainlanes of the Southwest Freeway near Fondren Road/Bellaire Boulevard exit.
According to Houston Police, the crash occurred at around 4:57 a.m.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation. The northbound lanes will be closed as the investigation continues.
