I've been thinking about researching vision problems and their solutions (naturally)
For my part, I experienced that my vision improved after 2 weeks including foods that I did not usually eat, exposing myself to more sunlight and using screens away from me.
Lots of people on reddit and some on .org claim that they have lessened their vision problems by doing certain things
One of my cousins who studied ophthalmology abandoned her degree when she realized that it is a farce and a good deal, according to her the visual problems are reversible
I'm the only person in my family with good eyesight whilst I probably have more screen time on electronic devices than any of my family members and yet they all need glasses/contacts for day-to-day life/reading/driving etc. whilst my eyesight is still perfectly fine naturally.
Guess excessive screen time being bad for your eyesight is a meme after all
But there are probably natural remedies to improve your eyesight
