I suspect that their large consumption is an innate reaction to keep up the metabolic rate in harsh weather like theirs, specifically, a climate lacking sufficient sun and intense colds.
Their milk consumption is also one of the highest in the world, disregarding the lack of food selection, I also think that milk is another tool used to combat the anti-metabolic conditions since sufficient calcium suppresses the PTH.

I don't know what it is but all the food in Sweden tastes so much nicer.
Everything from cheese, milk to bread for whatever reason just tastes nicer. Not sure why that is. Maybe less pollution and more trees? Better environment for all the animals n stuff.

The weather isn't harsh and they really aren't lacking in sunlight. It gets wayyyy more sunlight than the UK. If a study says otherwise then its wrong no way in hell does the UK get anywhere near the amount of sunlight Sweden gets.
Why would harsh weather and lack of sunlight cause people to drink more coffee? Isn't it just based on the fact that they're all white and brainwashed?
I think it's just a low t white western culture thing. Look at Eastern Europe.
