This means that I've been possibly topically absorbing PUFA to a degree for quite some time. This adds to a question I've been having for months which is: How do we rapidly remove unsaturated fats from our body in a safe manner? I hypothesize that using saturated fats, like hydrogenated coconut oil, topically is a good step towards rapidly changing our lipid compositions.
