Houston Astros manager Dusty Baker has tested positive for COVID-19 ahead of Friday’s game against the Cleveland Guardians, the team confirmed to KPRC 2 Sports.

The Astros said Baker, 73, is feeling fine at the moment and Joe Espada will manage the club for the time being.

Baker was born in 1949 in Riverside, California. He graduated from Del Campo High School in Carmichael, California. After that, he attended American River College in Sacramento. Baker also served in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve from 1967-1975.

He is also a prostate cancer survivor.
