Those two are my biggest concerns out of the medications he’s currently taking.

I’ve noticed that his cognition has been dropping, steadily, of course, so I hope he starts being more receptive towards my thoughts and ideas.

He doesn't seem very comfortable, he's constantly complaining about muscular pain.
