Three men are arrested in Berlin, Germany, for targeting Jewish institutions and preparing a terrorist attack on behalf of Hamas. The arrests were made a week before the anniversary of the Hamas-led October 7 attacks. (Reuters)
The annual Oktoberfest is temporarily shut down in Munich, Germany, until 17:30 local time due to an explosion at a house earlier in the morning which killed two people, including the perpetrator.
