- An Antonov An-26 transport plane is reportedly shot down over Voronezh Oblast with videos on social media showing the burning aircraft crashing down. It is unknown how many people were onboard the aircraft. (Defence Blog)
- Russian Air Force Ka-50 helicopters strike an oil refinery and depot in Voronezh, causing a large explosion and fire. (Hindustan Times)

- The debris of a Russian cruise missile shot down on the previous night damages a 25-storey building in Kyiv, Ukraine, killing three civilians and injuring eight others.
