Reading the thread about companies of one's tech stack[1], I wonder how you ensure business continuity (in case of holydays, family event, sickness, ... ), especially when you host an application. I'm currently developing a service alone, but one of the problem I see going forward is how can I ensure business continuity if when I'm not available.
