Investigation underway after man found shot to death in parking lot in NW Harris County, HCSO says

Authorities are investigating after a man was found shot to death in a parking lot in the Cypress area Tuesday afternoon.

Deputies with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office responded to reports of a shooting in the 20100 block of Rustic Lake Lane around 3 p.m.

Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said the man was found shot to death at the scene but the shooting may have occurred at a separate location.

Investigators are working to determine how the victim was shot.
